U2's Artwork For ''No Line On The Horizon''

Did U2 copy another artist's artwork? This is what musician  Taylor Deupree claims. U2's upcoming album(No Line On The Horizon) artwork is similar to Specification Fifteen's one. The picture is based on a photo from Hiroshi Sugimoto(Japanese artist).
