On the single charts stage school graduate Pixie Lott enjoys a dream debut hitting the top spot with her first single 'Mama Do'. The 18 year-old flicks last week's number one from heavyweights Black Eyed Peasto number two.
Lott, who is yet to release her first album, is the first British female artist in UK chart history to go straight to number one apart from reality TV chart stars including Leona Lewisand Alexandra Burke, according to the Official UK Charts Company
The only other new entry inside the top 10 is 'When Love Takes Over'by David Guetta and Kelly Rowland, at seven.
Back on the album chart, Black Eyed Peas head in at three, just behind , with 'The End' while Little Boots debuts at five with first album'Hands' and The Boss enters at seven with a new 'Greatest Hits'.
