Water way to Travel On Bus

Amphicoach, a 50 seater luxury bus, has been six years in the making and, unlike any other amphibious craft, is fully certified for the road and the water. The £280,000 beast boasts a reversing camera and ABS along with a depth Sounder to avoid underwater obstacles, autopilot, nautical navigation equipment, LCD screens and toilets. Safety equipment includes life jackets, boat hooks, life belts and flares.

The transition from coach to boat is seemless – one specially designed dual engine powers the craft on the road and at sea.

As the vehicle is driven into the water the driver puts the gear stick in neutral and switches from a wheel to a joy stick as the jet engine kicks in.

The coach is kept stable on the water with a catamaran style twin hull.

And when it leaves the water the road engine kicks in as the back wheels leave the ramp.

Seems like a splashing idea to us.

OH, WHAT ELSE IS COMING?
